As a Thuringian by choice, I live surrounded by mountains.I got my first camera (a Pouva Start) when I was 5 years old, and ever since, I’ve always been carrying some kind of camera with me. In recent years, I’ve been increasingly drawn back to analog cameras, ranging from 6x6 to 13x18 formats. I enjoy experimenting with pinhole cameras and various photographic techniques like cyanotype. At the top of my 2022 agenda are self-coated photographic plates.

Als Wahlthüringer lebe ich inmitten der Berge.Meine erste Kamera (Pouva Start ) bekam ich mit 5 Jahren und seit dieser Zeit schleppe ich immer irgendeine Kamera mit mir rum. In den letzten Jahren zunehmend wieder analoge Kameras in den Formaten 6x6 bis 13x18. Dabei experimentiere ich gerne mit Pinhole-Kameras oder unterschiedlichen photografischen Verfahren wie der Cyanotypie. Ganz oben auf der Agenda 2022 stehen selbstbeschichtete Photoplatten.
