The day was slightly overcast. I saw these two women approaching the water and crouching down. Both held a hand just above the sand and waited for minutes for a wave to find out how cold or warm the water was. They didn’t want their shoes to get wet. So they kept their distance and waited. Eventually, the moment came. The conclusion was: better not... and goodbye!Der Tag war leicht bedeckt. Da sah ich diese beiden Frauen, die sich dem Wasser näherten und hinhockten. Beide hielten jeweils eine Hand etwas über dem Sand und warteten minutenlang auf eine Welle, um herauszufinden wie kalt oder warm das Wasser ist. Die Schuhe sollten ja nicht nass werden. Also Abstand halten und warten. Irgendwann war es dann soweit. Das Ergebnis der Erkenntnis war: besser nicht....und tschüss !
