Photoclub in Italian
Italian is now the fifth language in Photoclub You can now explore and use Photoclub in Italian. This makes the international photography community more accessible to Italian-speaking photography enthusiasts. At the same time, existing members gain new opportunities to share their images and stories beyond their own language boundaries. Language plays a crucial role in exchanging ideas about photography. An image can move you instantly, but descriptions, comments, and conversations provide insight into the concept, creation, and personal perspective of the photographer. If a common language has to be found first, this exchange often remains superficial.   Write in your language, be understood across language barriers In Photoclub, you can write your image descriptions, comments, and profile texts in your preferred language, such as German or Italian. Other members can automatically read these contents in their own language. So, you don’t have to translate your texts yourself or write them in English as a precaution. Automatic translation makes communication easier while keeping your original text in the language you express yourself best. This way, you maintain your personal tone and can reach photographers from other language regions. While this doesn’t guarantee reach or feedback, it increases the chance that your images and their stories will be discovered and understood beyond your language borders. You benefit both ways: You can present your photography internationally and more easily understand what other members write about their work. This creates new inspiration, contacts, and conversations without language differences unnecessarily complicating the start.   International openness and local connection An international community doesn’t have to feel impersonal. In Photoclub, regional groups with their own forums, galleries, and activities complement the global exchange. You can get inspired internationally while also finding a photographic home in your language area or region. How much you engage globally or locally is up to you. Both levels belong together: The international perspective broadens your photographic horizon, while local groups can provide a familiar setting for conversations, shared interests, and activities. Photoclub is looking for dedicated group leaders to build and support such groups. If you want to promote exchange in your language or region and help shape a community, you can take on responsibility and strengthen local bonds.   Try Photoclub in Italian Open Photoclub in Italian, register, and share one of your own photos. Write your description in a way that fits you and your image. Automatic translation will help other members read your post in their language. Maybe you want to discover international photographers first, or perhaps you’re looking for exchange in a familiar regional environment. Both are possible without giving up your linguistic identity. And if you want to help shape a group yourself, you can get involved as a group leader. Which language or regional Photoclub group would make exchanging ideas easier for you? And could you imagine helping to shape such a community?

Just Keep Scrolling
If you wanted to explore older content in the timeline, you used to eventually reach a load more button. Only after clicking it would you continue. That extra step is now gone. As soon as you reach the end of a timeline section while browsing, just keep scrolling. The timeline will automatically continue without you having to click a button in between.   Less interruption while browsing This change might seem minor on the surface, but it’s a complex internal upgrade. It’s designed to make navigating longer timeline stretches more enjoyable and help your photos get even more reactions, even if they’re further back. Instead of switching between scrolling and loading more, you stay in one smooth flow and can keep browsing without any pause for clicks. It’s a step closer to the feel of a real app. Just open the timeline on the homepage or your profile and try the endless scrolling for yourself.

Reactions & Ratings
When One Thumbs-Up Just Isn't Enough Some content you like, others surprise you, make you laugh, or touch you with a sad theme. Until now, a single "Like" could only roughly express all of that. That’s why Photoclub now offers six reactions: Like, Love, Haha, Wow, Excited, and Sad. The controls remain simple. A quick click on the thumb still registers a "Like." If you want to choose a different reaction, just hover briefly over the thumb. On mobile, press and hold to open the selection. You can give one reaction per post and change it anytime. All six reactions are available to every member, even without Premium. They carry equal weight—none is more valuable than another. Importantly, "Sad" is not a rejection or dislike. It simply reflects what a piece of content evokes in you. A moving photo can be sad and still be artistically powerful.   Reactions and Ratings Serve Different Purposes The key change isn’t just the new icons but a clearer distinction: A reaction shows how a photo affects you. A rating honors a photo and influences rankings. There are still two rating options. With the Favorite, marked by a star, you highlight a photo you find especially well done. The Top Vote, indicated by an arrow, is reserved for truly outstanding photos. Both ratings count toward leaderboards like "Popular" and "Photos of the Day." Favorites and Top Votes are Premium features. These aren’t paid reactions or limited emojis but ranking-relevant ratings. The Premium restriction helps protect these leaderboards from manipulation through multiple accounts. A photo can receive two different types of feedback from you without conflict: You might react with "Sad" to its subject matter while also marking it as a Favorite or awarding it a Top Vote. One expresses your emotional response, the other your photographic evaluation.   More Expression, But No Extra Ranking Points The six reactions don’t change existing counters, awards, or rankings. Each reaction still counts exactly like the previous "Like." So a "Wow" doesn’t carry more weight than a "Like," and a photo doesn’t gain extra ranking points just because there are more reaction options. The new selection simply breaks down what was previously bundled into a single thumb. This means no photo will move up or down in rankings just because of the change. If you want to simply agree, click once as before. If you want to express more precisely how a photo affects you, you now have the right options.   Clear and Easy to Understand at a Glance Reactions and ratings are displayed together in one window and sorted by type. This lets you quickly see who reacted how to a photo and who rated it. The Top Vote is now public, too: you can see who gave it. The clearer distinction is also reflected in profiles. The relevant sections are now called "Reactions Received" and "Reactions Given." Favorites and Top Votes are listed separately. This makes it clear whether someone is describing the emotional impact of an image or giving a ranking-relevant award. Next time you see a photo, you can consciously decide: Is a quick "Like" enough, does another reaction better capture your feeling, or do you want to honor the image with a Favorite or Top Vote?

AI Toggle
Show or Hide AI Images with One Click From now on, you can directly control in the navigation bar whether AI images are displayed. The new toggle is accessible on every page, so you don’t have to leave your current view or dig through settings. At the same time, you can instantly see whether AI images are currently shown or hidden.   Direct Access Instead of a Detour The AI filter itself isn’t new. Until now, it was only available through Control Center > Settings. For a feature you might want to switch frequently depending on your mood or situation, this was quite inconvenient. Especially new members could easily overlook this option. The toggle in the navigation bar now makes the setting visible and immediately accessible. So there’s no reason to complain about AI images anymore—if you don’t want to see them, just flip the switch.   Keep Your View Flexible The new direct access doesn’t require a permanent decision. Maybe today you want to focus solely on classic photography, and tomorrow explore all content together again. One click is all it takes to switch between views. This way, you’re always in control of what Photoclub shows you.   Your Previous Settings Remain Intact You can still adjust the AI filter as usual in the Control Center. The new toggle doesn’t replace that option but accesses the same function directly. It simply makes switching faster and shows the current filter status right where you can see it at a glance.   Give It a Try Use the AI toggle in the navigation bar and choose the view that suits you best at the moment. Whether you want to hide AI images permanently or switch depending on the situation is entirely up to you.

Listening Instead of Reading
When Reading Just Doesn’t Fit Photographers love to communicate through images. But longer texts don’t always fit into everyday life, whether you’re on the go, multitasking, or simply prefer to listen. That’s why you can now listen to selected news and articles on Photoclub.   The New Audio Player Whenever an article is available as audio, our new audio player appears right alongside the content. This way, you can immediately see whether you can read or listen to the news or article. The written word remains intact: audio doesn’t replace the text but offers you an additional way to access it.   Podcast Discussions on Selected Topics In addition to the narrated articles, there will be podcast discussions on selected topics. We deliberately distinguish between the audio version of the text and a deeper conversation. Especially on topics with different perspectives, such discussions can open up new ideas and viewpoints.   Listen First, Then Join the Discussion Let’s be honest: sometimes comments appear under news or articles without more than the headline being read. That’s human, but it doesn’t always help the discussion. For those who prefer listening over reading, there’s now a handy alternative to fully absorb the content and join the conversation based on that.   Give It a Try Photoclub evolves with the media habits of its members. When you see the audio player on a news item or article, just hit play and see if this format fits your daily routine. In the article "The Death of the Fotocommunity", you’ll find our first podcast. We’re also curious: When would you prefer to listen to a Photoclub post instead of reading it, and on which topics would you like to see a podcast discussion?

Unlimited Snapshots
Not every photo belongs in your gallery. A before-and-after comparison, a shot of your camera setup, or a quick glimpse of the location can be incredibly useful for a conversation. Still, you might not want to showcase these types of images in your gallery. That’s exactly why we’ve introduced Snapshots: now you can upload images directly to your timeline and comments without them appearing in your gallery. No impact on your gallery limit The key benefit: Snapshots don’t count toward your upload limit. This lets you share many extra images for storytelling, explaining, and discussing without using up gallery space. Your gallery remains reserved for the photographic work you want to present deliberately, while supplementary and documentary images stay where they belong—within the relevant conversation.   Gallery photos and snapshots serve different purposes Deliberate presentation vs. spontaneous sharing In your gallery, selection, visual impact, and photographic quality are front and center. A snapshot doesn’t have to meet those standards. It can show your daily experiences, provide context, document a step in your workflow, or clarify a question. It’s not about judging good versus less good images, but about their intended purpose. More ways to engage in photographic exchange Typical snapshots include: a casual photo chat a quick phone shot a before-and-after comparison of an edit, the camera setup behind the main shot, two crops for comparing details or visual impact, a quick photo of the location, a screenshot to explain a question, multiple editing versions for joint evaluation, additional images to support an ongoing discussion, and so on. Even today’s snapshot has its place here: a spontaneous observation, a personal moment, or a documentary image where social interaction matters more than presentation. This way, you can share more of what’s happening around your photography and you as a person without diluting your photographic profile.   A timeline more focused on images Text posts stay personal With this update, the visibility of timeline text posts changes: on the homepage, they will now only be shown to your photo friends. This shifts the general timeline’s focus more toward photos and community content, while personal texts remain within a more familiar circle. Timeline posts remain visible on your profile This doesn’t mean timeline posts are only visible to photo friends anymore. They can still appear on your profile. The change only affects how timeline posts are displayed on the homepage, creating a clearer emphasis there.   Show the story behind the image Next time you want to explain an edit, show your setup, or enrich a discussion with an extra image, upload it directly as a snapshot in your timeline post or comment. This keeps your gallery thoughtfully curated while still giving your conversations all the images they need. What image would you share as a snapshot going forward that you previously didn’t want to add to your gallery?

Image Info and Photo ID at Your Fingertips
Check image details without interrupting your photo flow. When viewing a photo in full size, you might want to quickly check the shooting data. Previously, this required going to the detail view, which meant leaving the slideshow. Now you can open the image information, including EXIF data, directly in the full view. This way, viewing, informing, commenting, and rating all happen in one place.   Image info right in the full view With the new button, you can access all available information about the current photo without switching views. This is especially handy if you want to know the camera settings used while viewing the image. Afterwards, you can continue sliding through photos seamlessly. Intelligent preloading of the next page supports a smooth experience and reduces unnecessary interruptions.   Copy photo ID with one click Along with the image info, the photo ID is now displayed. Clicking it copies the ID directly to your clipboard. Then you can paste the ID as usual into a text field. Once saved, a linked preview image of the photo will appear there.   Try it out on your next slide Next time you’re in full view, open the image info and test the photo ID copy function. Which image details do you check most often while sliding, and how do you use the photo ID?

Daily Theme Improvements
At Photoclub, we've simplified the timing for the daily theme: from now on, it runs from midnight to midnight Central European Time – making it easier for everyone to keep track.   New Time Rule Brings More Clarity Previously, the daily theme ran from 8 a.m. until 8 a.m. the next day. This confused not only our editorial team but many of you as well. That’s why we’ve standardized the timeframe: the daily theme now covers the entire calendar day from midnight to midnight. It’s easier to remember this way, and you can submit your photos on the correct day more confidently.   Only Genuine Theme Submissions Stay in the Daily Theme An important criterion for the daily theme remains that the photo must truly fit the theme. We don’t just rely on the submitted title but especially on whether the image itself clearly reflects the theme. Our AI now helps identify photos that don’t match the theme. These are reviewed by moderators and, if necessary, removed from the daily theme – though the photo itself stays in the gallery. We’re aware of misunderstandings or deliberate misclassifications: every failed attempt is logged to prevent unnecessary extra work from incorrect submissions. How we’ll use this data in the future isn’t decided yet – but one thing is clear: those who try to game the system make it harder for the whole community.   This Also Applies to Our Photo Contests The new approach with AI and moderator support applies not only to the daily theme but also to contests. It’s common for photos to be submitted that don’t genuinely relate to the contest theme. To ensure fair chances for all participants and maintain high contest quality, submissions are carefully reviewed here as well. The benefit for you and all of us is obvious: you can trust that daily themes and contests are truly on point, the content stays high-quality, and we foster a fair community together. Your participation, feedback, and mindful attention to the theme strengthen this community. At Photoclub, we listen closely and continuously improve our processes. That’s what makes us a vibrant, supportive network for photographers – people who want to share their passion and learn from each other. Try out the new daily theme rule today: upload a photo that really fits today’s theme and see how fair and transparent the evaluation process is now. By doing so, you actively help make Photoclub even better.

More Fairness in Photo Contests
Ties in photo contests will now lead to true equality: No one will be disadvantaged or favored based on upload time or secondary criteria.   Fairness in Ranking: Equal Votes Mean Equal Placement Until now, photo contests could assign different rankings even when photos had the same number of votes. The upload time or other secondary factors would determine the rank—a factor unrelated to the photo's quality. Photoclub is now changing this fundamentally: if two or more photos receive exactly the same number of votes, they will share the placement. There will be no artificial prioritization or demotion anymore. This ensures greater transparency and objectivity in the evaluation, as every vote counts equally—regardless of when a photo was submitted.   Clear Benefits for Everyone Involved For you as an active hobby photographer, this means a fairer competition environment where your photos are truly judged by their quality. You can trust that the results come solely from the community’s voting—no apparent advantage due to technical details or timing. Additionally, Photoclub will clearly explain when placements are omitted or shared. This way, you can follow the ranking and understand exactly how the decision was made.   Photoclub Thrives on an Open, Willing-to-Learn Community This update shows that Photoclub listens, evolves, and takes its members’ needs seriously. Objectivity and fairness are at the core—values that shape a supportive community. Here, you’re not just a number but a valued part of a vibrant platform whose rules are designed for everyone’s benefit. Take the opportunity to experience the advantages of this transparent evaluation method yourself and contribute to the conversation by sharing your opinion and maybe actively participating in the next round. Together with others, you help strengthen fair play and the passion for photography.

New Card Design
You’ve probably experienced this: on many websites, you often have to click on individual images, headlines, or link texts, which can make navigation cumbersome. That’s why at Photoclub, we’ve switched to a modern card design where the entire card is clickable. This makes it much easier for you to navigate and quickly find the content you want on any device.   What exactly changes with the card design? Previously, only selected elements like images, headlines, or specific links were clickable. Now, the entire card—the whole area that groups information—is one clear, clickable target. Individual elements remain clickable, but it’s now much simpler to interact with the card as a whole. You’ve already seen this change in the forum, for example in Ideas, News, overview pages, and image views—where the card design has already been fully implemented.   Why does the card design matter to you? It makes navigation much easier, especially when you use Photoclub on mobile devices or with touch controls. Clear, well-defined cards greatly improve clarity: you no longer have to hunt for clickable spots or guess what works. Instead, you can simply tap or click the entire card. This saves time, reduces frustration, and enhances the overall user experience.   Photoclub listens— for you and the community With the new card design, we’re once again showing that we listen to feedback from our active members and continuously improve. These enhancements aren’t quick fixes but carefully implemented changes aimed at making the platform easier to use for everyone. Together, we’re strengthening a vibrant and supportive community where it’s rewarding to share photos, exchange knowledge, and actively participate. The best way to see the difference is to try out the new card design yourself and share your experience with us in the comments below. Your feedback helps us make Photoclub even better—for you and everyone else.

The Holy Trinity of Columns
Photoclub has introduced a third column that offers you additional content on many pages – without any extra clicks. Especially if you use a large monitor, this opens up a new space full of information and inspiration.   More information, fewer clicks – direct access to variety At first glance, adding another column might seem like a small detail. But it brings a clear advantage: you get relevant extra content right next to the main content without having to search or click around. For example, on the photo contest page, you’ll now find the "Hall of Fame," where you can see past winners along with their images – a direct window to the community’s best. In the forum, the right column shows an overview of the most popular posts including authors and recent participants in discussions. This way, you can find exciting conversations without detours and easily join in. And in Ideas, News, and Magazine sections, you’ll find interesting comments and in-depth content related to the main articles that inspire you even more.   Photoclub listens and evolves for you The new column shows that we pay close attention to how you use Photoclub and what you need. Fewer clicks with more information means more flow and fun discovering new content. This is no accident but the result of our ongoing development process to give you the best possible experience – tailored for engaged photographers who love to dive deep and explore new things at their own pace. This approach of listening to your feedback and working together with you makes Photoclub a strong, vibrant community. We want to be more than just a platform; we want to be a place where you feel supported and your passion for photography can grow.   Discover and join the conversation – become part of the lively exchange Use the third column intentionally: let the additional content inspire you, discover new perspectives, and join the discussion. Especially the forum now invites even more to stay connected with other photographers. This creates real added value that you can feel immediately. Our recommendation: try it out now, check out the new content, and get active – whether by reading along, commenting, or creating your own posts. Photoclub thrives on everyone’s participation. This way, our community grows, and you increase your own benefits.

Your ideas matter even more now: under the new combined menu item "Ideas Contests," you’ll find all contests related to improvement suggestions and wishes for photo contests. This way, we gather everything related to new ideas and their feasibility in one place. ☰ Participate > Ideas Contests   Ideas Contests bring together wishes and discussions Previously, the areas "Wishes for Photo Contests" and "Wishes for Improvements" were separate. This creates more space for you and all other active hobby photographers to collaboratively develop good proposals. It also helps us see which contributions are especially in demand and where Photoclub can focus its efforts.   New ideas contest for conversation topics energizes the community Additionally, we’ve launched a brand-new ideas contest focused specifically on new "conversation topics." AI Disclosure on Upload
When uploading your images to Photoclub, you’ll now find a new checkbox marking an important step in how we handle AI assistance: by checking it, you confirm that your image is neither fully nor partially AI-generated.   Why this disclosure matters For some time, we’ve observed how AI technologies are increasingly influencing image editing and creation. From the start, Photoclub has clearly communicated that AI has a place in our community – but that place requires clear rules. This checkbox is a consistent step to create transparency and give all users the ability to identify or exclude AI-generated images. This way, you can evaluate images and make informed decisions. The checkbox is enabled by default. By checking it, you confirm that you have not used pure AI generation. If you have used AI-based editing programs/plugins that do not involve pure AI image creation, no disclosure is needed. Only if the image was created with pure AI tools/plugins should you uncheck the box and label the image accordingly as AI-generated.   What this means for you This new feature strengthens the community by increasing trust within Photoclub. You and everyone else can classify images more clearly in the future. This helps avoid misunderstandings and lets you find exactly the images that truly interest you – whether classic photography or AI-generated art. Additionally, the labeling clarifies how we handle AI: we listen to your feedback and keep evolving. Photoclub remains a space where experience, creativity, and innovation coexist – always with clear labeling and responsible use.   Photoclub takes a stand – for you and the community The new checkbox is more than just a technical update. It represents our values: openness, transparency, and respect for different creative paths, combined with a shared understanding of quality and authenticity. This creates a respectful framework where genuine photography and new technologies can complement each other meaningfully. Try out the upload with the new checkbox. Your honest contribution strengthens the trust and diversity that make Photoclub such a great place. Your active participation helps us respond to your needs and develop the platform together. Test the practical use of AI labeling on your next image upload and help ensure Photoclub maintains its clear stance: AI has a place, but it’s clearly marked and treated fairly. Your voice and actions are part of this vibrant community.

Your Mission in the Photo Club
Photography is more than just a click – it’s an ongoing journey of discovery. And there’s always something new to explore in the Photoclub. With our three new modules, ‘Quizzes,’ ‘Achievements,’ and ‘Badges,’ your very own personal mission through the Photoclub begins. Seven levels guide you through a variety of tasks, quick quizzes, and fresh challenges. Along the way, you’ll earn points, reach milestones, and collect awards – whether you’re just starting out or have been with us for years. ☰ Actions > Achievements & Badges   New to the Photoclub? We’ll guide you step by step Getting started isn’t always easy – it can be hard to know what’s available and where to begin. That’s why the mission leads new members through the Photoclub step by step. It shows you how to showcase your photos, increase your visibility, make connections, write comments, use the forum, and discover many other features. This way, new members quickly become active parts of the Photoclub community.   Benefits for everyone, even longtime members The faster new members find their way around, the more we all benefit. Those who dare to write their first comments bring more interaction to the Photoclub. Those who learn to write helpful and appreciative comments foster better conversations around the photos. Those who know where to post questions, ideas, or problems help keep the forum and other areas organized. And those who explore the various possibilities of the Photoclub usually become more active participants in the club’s community life. So the mission doesn’t just help individual members. It’s designed to help new members connect faster and make the Photoclub more active, supportive, and engaging for everyone.   Been here a while? But how well do you really know the Photoclub? You’ve been a member for years and think you know the Photoclub inside and out? Then get ready to be surprised! Many features and possibilities remain undiscovered even by longtime members. The mission not only shows you what you’ve already accomplished but might also introduce you to functions you’ve barely or never used before. Test your knowledge, earn new awards, and find out if you really know everything the Photoclub has to offer.   Mission possible: Seven levels, seven steps Your mission takes you through seven consecutive levels filled with varied tasks. From your profile and gallery to comments, contacts, contests, and portfolio, new challenges await you at every turn. Along the way, you’ll collect points, track your progress, and earn awards for milestones reached.   Quizzes: Knowledge that really helps Our short Photoclub quizzes show you in a fun way how to use support effectively, make connections, increase your visibility, and cleverly use the Photoclub’s many features. Instead of dry theory, they focus on typical situations you’ll actually encounter in the Photoclub. This helps new members learn faster how everything works – and longtime members might still discover a surprise or two.   Achievements that showcase what you can do You can find your awards in your personal showcase under ☰ Actions > Achievements & Badges. Whether quick wins or long-term challenges, each badge tells a part of your personal Photoclub story. This way, you can always see what you’ve accomplished and what challenges lie ahead.   What about your existing points rank? Your familiar points rank remains unchanged. You’ll continue to earn points with the new missions, which will be added to your current total. However, the two systems are independent: your points rank still reflects your overall activity in the Photoclub, while missions, levels, and badges highlight the specific challenges and milestones you’ve completed.   Start your mission now Whether you’re just arriving or one of the veterans, your mission awaits. Start with your next level, earn points, discover new things, and climb step by step. Focus on photography – and step by step become a Photoclub legend!

Redenomination
Millions of points in the Photoclub – sounds impressive, right? But honestly: so many zeros turn tracking your progress more into a math marathon than a leisurely photo walk. To make things easier for you, we’ve simply divided the point totals by 100. This keeps everything clear, comparable, and space-saving, without diminishing your achievements. Welcome to the new, streamlined world of points!   Clear View in the Points Jungle When numbers pile up, it’s easy to lose track – and that’s not just true for exposure times in long exposures. That’s why we’ve divided your Photoclub points, rank points, and everything related by 100. This makes the display clearer and your progress easier to follow. Don’t worry: your rank and your standing compared to others remain exactly as you earned them.   Your Progress – Unchanged and Secure Just like a good photo development, the essentials stay intact. The redenomination doesn’t affect your progress, any ranks you’ve achieved, or your opportunities in the Photoclub. Everything you’ve accomplished so far remains 100% intact – only the numbers are now more compact and easier to handle. This way, you can fully focus on your photos again.   More Clarity, More Fun Just like a clear frame helps your composition, the new, smaller numbers now help you better overview and enjoy your achievements. Less number clutter means more time for exciting photo projects and connecting with others in the Photoclub – your space for creative expression and genuine community.   Join Now and Get Started Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced photographer, the Photoclub always offers a clear structure to support you. The new points overview makes it even easier to track your progress and compete with others. Drop by, become part of the community, and experience photography with heart and clarity! Focus on your images – we’ll take care of the rest!

Helpful and Valuable
The Photoclub now has a neat new feature that sharpens your eye for valuable texts—without endless clicking! Whether it’s a forum post or a comment, you can now rate how helpful or valuable a text really is. This takes the quality of our discussions to the next level, helping you discover more pros and exciting insights—and making the Photoclub even better in the process.   Helpful or Valuable – what’s behind it? In the forum, you’ll find the new "Helpful" link under every post. For comments, it shows either "Helpful" or "Valuable"—depending on whether the image author has enabled "Critique wanted" for the photo. This way, you can specifically highlight texts that truly assist you or offer valuable suggestions, perfectly fitting photography where good advice often makes all the difference.   Quality you can see—and read Once a text has gathered enough of these new ratings, it receives a visible badge—a small seal of approval for helpful posts and comments. This encourages our members to write more precisely, kindly, and clearly. It creates an atmosphere in the Photoclub where every exchange benefits everyone and tips land that make your images better.   Join in and benefit Your opinion matters! Use the new rating feature actively to help shape the quality of the Photoclub. You’ll quickly find the truly great posts, learn from valuable feedback, and earn points with your own experience. This makes the community even more inspiring—for photographers of all levels. Get started and rate now Try out the new feature and help make the Photoclub even better. Anti Scammer System
At Photoclub, you should feel not only comfortable but also safe. Unfortunately, scammers often try to gain the trust of other members through friendly messages and fake common interests. To help you spot these tactics early, we’ve introduced our new anti-scammer system. It monitors suspicious activity, alerts you in time, and helps ensure that fraud attempts fall flat.   Tricks We See Through Scammers often build a connection via private messages using sweet talk and supposed common interests before asking for external contact details like email or WhatsApp. Once there, they can continue their scheme undisturbed—without fear of being banned. Their profiles are filled with fake information, and their photos are usually AI-generated or cropped from stolen images. We know this—and that’s why we’re keeping a close eye on exactly this tactic to protect you.   Smart, Not Heavy-Handed: Our New Protection In the past, we simply banned scammers—but that didn’t help much since they kept coming back. Our new approach reliably identifies these troublemakers, thanks in part to AI support. Instead of banning them outright, we let their actions come to nothing and warn you with a red banner. This way, you can stay relaxed and well-informed.   Red Banner? Better Safe Than Sorry If you see a red warning banner above a message, it’s time to be cautious: if someone suddenly asks for your email or WhatsApp details, there’s a high chance it’s a scammer. You can then decide how to respond and keep your focus where it belongs—on photography.   Enjoy Photography with Greater Peace of Mind This is Photoclub—a place where not only your photos but also your safety are our top priorities. With our anti-scammer system, we offer you a relaxed community where you can fully concentrate on photography and sharing. Experience how safe and friendly Photoclub is becoming! With sharp eyes and steady focus—together against scammers!
