It not only struggled quite a bit to kill the mouse (about a 10-minute fight) but also when trying to get the prey into its stomach. In the end, it didn't work, and the stork spat the mouse back out – much to the delight of the crows present....That's nature. Eat and be eaten. Wobei die Maus - kein Feldhamster - so groß war, dass der Storch sie nur halb runterschlucken konnte. Er hat sich nicht nur mit dem Töten der Maus ziemlich angestrengt (ca. 10 Minuten Kampf) sondern beim Versuch die Beute in den Magen zu bekommen. Letztendlich hat das nicht geklappt und der Storch hat die Maus wieder rausgewürgt - zur Freude der anwesenden Krähen....
