A square who didn’t know what to make of meA square who didn’t know what to make of meEin Spiesser, der nicht wusste was er mit mir anfangen soll
I was sitting at the edge of the forest, watching a buck and a doe as they played their little game.
Hidden behind grass, everything was open to the right and behind, more meadows with deer, early Monday morning.
I kept looking around, hoping maybe a fox, a hare, or something else would pass by.
And suddenly he was there, looking at me. Where did he come from?
I didn’t dare move at first, slowly raised my camera, and took a few shots.
He kept walking from left to right, stopped, looked at me, sniffed the air.
It was wonderful to watch him so close...I was sitting at the edge of the forest, watching a buck and a doe as they played their little game.
