You’ve probably experienced this: on many websites, you often have to click on individual images, headlines, or link texts, which can make navigation cumbersome. That’s why at Photoclub, we’ve switched to a modern card design where the entire card is clickable. This makes it much easier for you to navigate and quickly find the content you want on any device.
What exactly changes with the card design?
Previously, only selected elements like images, headlines, or specific links were clickable. Now, the entire card—the whole area that groups information—is one clear, clickable target. Individual elements remain clickable, but it’s now much simpler to interact with the card as a whole. You’ve already seen this change in the forum, for example in Ideas, News, overview pages, and image views—where the card design has already been fully implemented.
Why does the card design matter to you?
It makes navigation much easier, especially when you use Photoclub on mobile devices or with touch controls. Clear, well-defined cards greatly improve clarity: you no longer have to hunt for clickable spots or guess what works. Instead, you can simply tap or click the entire card. This saves time, reduces frustration, and enhances the overall user experience.
Photoclub listens— for you and the community
With the new card design, we’re once again showing that we listen to feedback from our active members and continuously improve. These enhancements aren’t quick fixes but carefully implemented changes aimed at making the platform easier to use for everyone. Together, we’re strengthening a vibrant and supportive community where it’s rewarding to share photos, exchange knowledge, and actively participate.
The best way to see the difference is to try out the new card design yourself and share your experience with us in the comments below. Your feedback helps us make Photoclub even better—for you and everyone else.
