Morgens im Hafen - kein Wind, das Schiff liegt ruhig da und so gelang mir ein minimalistisch anmutendes Bild, welches einen gelungenen Start für meinen Aufenthalt auf der Insel Sylt bedeutete.

Autumn feeling
Autumn is at the door and in my opinion this is the most colorful and intense season for photographing. The light and the leaves of the trees are beautifully warm - the temperatures not too hot and not too cold - best conditions therefore!

Herbstfeeling
Der Herbst steht vor der Tür und meiner Meinung nach ist das die farblich schönste und intensivste Jahreszeit zum Fotografieren. Das Licht und die Blätter der Bäume sind schön warm - die Temperaturen nicht zu heiß und nicht zu kalt - beste Bedingungen also!

Where is the bridge?
Imagine you arrive at a well-known spot and want to take the picture that everyone immediately recognizes and then an important element is missing. The white, curved wooden bridge was just renewed when we were in Zaanse Schans. So I had to take the shot without the bridge.

Wo ist die Brücke?
Stell Dir vor, Du kommst an einen wohl bekannten Spot und willst das Bild machen, dass alle sofort erkennen und dann fehlt ein wichtiges Element. Die weiße, gebogene Holzbrücke wurde gerade erneuert, als wir in Zaanse Schans waren. Also musste ich den Shot eben ohne die Brücke machen.

Abends zu Sonnenuntergang lohnt sich der Blick vom Beginn der Fussgängerbrücke in Richtung Klimahaus.
