"In the last evening light........."
So we just enjoyed the sunset like that. I leaned over the fence to photograph a few little flowers in backlight...
And suddenly there stood a little buck hardly a meter next to me..... he apparently came up from the forest again...... probably heard me inside..:-)
Eye to eye I leaned there over the fence... and knew, if he now goes a few meters forward then... yes then......
Now the thoughts went through my head. I had the 70-200mm with the converter on it so 98mm at minimum... but to make the top picture I would need the wide angle. But that was in the room, I did not think that such a situation could occur on the first evening when we arrived. To take off the converter... for that I did not have the protective caps with me, only later I realized that I had the big cleaning cloth with me to wrap it in..
But how long will he stay there in front of me....
All that and many other thoughts shot through my head in a few moments. And then he came forward and stood there and in other positions/perspectives. I tried to make the best with the 98mm focal length.
If you now think, yes go back a bit... I have to disappoint you because then the fence would have blocked my view.....
So I hung almost upside down, (the dinner almost came out again).... over the fence as far down as possible and photographed as much as I could.
Then two ladies also came up from the forest and they also posed very nicely sometimes with sun then only with colors..... simply wonderful
Well, I would have wished for a wide angle at that time but if you mentally take three steps back and think about what you got there, then I am immediately satisfied again.
I tried to make the best of the situation.
Of course we tried again the coming evenings, but this situation did not occur again

And when we saw that the ibex groups were nearby, we went to them in the hope of being able to make a nice picture.But one group went relatively quickly into the steep wall and the other down into the forest... as in all previous years already..... c'est la vie..... 1/1250 sec / aperture 4 / ISO 400 / focal length 98mmSchon von zu Hause aus schaute ich mit Photo Phils wo den die Sonne unteren soll. Und als wir sahen, dass die Steinbockgruppen in der Nähe waren, gingen wir zu ihnen in der Hoffnung ein schönes Bild machen zu können.
Doch die eine Gruppe ginge relativ schnell in die Steilwand und die andere in den Wald runter…wie alle Jahre zuvor schon..... selavie….. dachte ich, es hätte ja sein können.
So genossen wir halt den Sonnenuntergang so. Ich lehnte mich noch über den Zaun um ein paar Blümchen in Gegenlicht zu Fotografien …
Und auf einmal stand da kaum ein Meter neben mir ein kleines Böckchen…..er kam anscheinend wieder aus dem Wald hinauf……hat mich wohl im inneren gehört..:-)
Auge in Auge lehnte ich da über dem Zaun…und wusste, wenn er jetzt noch ein paar Meter nach vorne geht dann…ja dann……
Nun ging in meinem Kopf die Gedanken durch. Ich hatte das 70-200mm mit dem Konverter drauf also 98mm im Minimum…doch ich bräuchte um das top Bild zu machen das Weitwinkel. Doch das war im Zimmer, dachte nicht, das es solch eine Situation am ersten Abend als wir ankamen, geben könnte. Den Konverter herunternehmen……dafür hatte ich die Schutzkappen nicht dabei, erst später merkte ich das ich das grosse Putztuch dabei gehabt hätte um es einzuwickeln..
Doch wie lange bleibt er da vor mir….
All das und viele andere Gedanken schossen mir in wenigen Augenblicke durch den Kopf. Und dann kam er nach vorne und stelle sich dahin und in noch anderen Positionen/Perspektiven. Ich versuchte das Beste mit den 98mm Brennweiten zu machen.
Wenn ihr nun denkt, ja geh doch etwas zurück…...da muss ich euch enttäuschen den dann hätte mir der Zaun den Blick verstellt…..
So hing ich fast Kopf über, (das Abendessen kam schon fast wider hervor).... über den Zaun so weit nach unten wie es ging und fotografierte, was das Zeuges hielt.
Es kam dann noch zwei Damen, vom Wald auch hinauf und auch die stellten sie sehr schön mal mit Sonnen dann nur mit Farben…..einfach nur herrlich
Nun ja ein Weitwinkel hätte ich mir zu dem Zeitpunkt gewünscht doch, wenn man mal Gedanklich drei Schritte zurück macht und sich überlegt, was man da bekommen hat, dann bin ich gleich wider zufrieden.
Ich versuchte das Beste aus der Situation zu machen.
Natürlich versuchten wir es die kommen Abende auch wider, doch es ergab sich nicht mehr diese Situation
