In this work, I deal with the subconscious and the fragmented facets of the self. I deliberately chose a monochrome double study to show the tension between inner stillness and movement: On the left, I present the figure in a static, frontal pose, while on the right she floats dynamically in profile.
The luminous, delicate network structures symbolically represent neural pathways and the fragility of our thoughts. Into this complex fabric, I have incorporated mask-like faces that emerge from the darkness like frozen memories or alternative identities. Ich habe mich bewusst für eine monochrome Doppelstudie entschieden, um das Spannungsfeld zwischen innerem Stillstand und Bewegung zu zeigen: Links präsentiere ich die Figur in einer statischen, frontalen Pose, während sie rechts dynamisch im Profil schwebt.
Die leuchtenden, filigranen Netzstrukturen stehen für mich symbolisch für neuronale Bahnen und die Fragilität unserer Gedanken. In dieses komplexe Gewebe habe ich maskenhafte Gesichter eingearbeitet, die wie eingefrorene Erinnerungen oder alternative Identitäten aus der Dunkelheit auftauchen. Durch den harten Kontrast zwischen tiefem Schwarz und den mathematisch präzisen Gitterlinien schlage ich eine Brücke zwischen einer organischen Traumwelt und digitaler Abstraktion.
