The Cirrus Nebula (also known as the Veil Nebula) is the part of the Cygnus Loop visible in the optical spectrum, a collection of emission and reflection nebulae located about 2,500 light-years away in the constellation Cygnus. They are the remnants of a supernova that occurred around 8,000 years ago.' role="button">
The photo was actually just a test shot with a new camera, but I liked it, so I'm posting it online.
