When will I be activated?
Your premium membership starts immediately after your booking. So you are a premium member right away. However, some premium features will only be unlocked after payment is received. With PayPal, activation usually takes only a few minutes. For manual bank transfers, it can take a few hours – but usually only a few minutes.
What payment methods are available?
As a rule, you have several secure payment options available: PayPal, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, Mastercard, credit cards, and debit cards. The exact options shown to you may vary slightly depending on your location and country.
We recommend PayPal because payments are processed especially quickly and securely. Important: You do not need a PayPal account for this. In many cases, you can also easily pay via direct debit, credit card, or debit card through PayPal.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium membership at any time with just a few clicks. It will then continue until the end of the already paid period and will subsequently be automatically converted into a free membership. Your photos will remain saved and visible until you delete them yourself. They will not be retroactively reduced to a Premium limit or automatically deleted. The only important thing is: the cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the start of the next billing period.
Why are there premium features?
Photoclub should remain accessible to everyone. Therefore, the most important features are permanently free. Premium features are mainly available for members who want to use Photoclub more intensively and support the project at the same time.
Photoclub is a passion project. We do not earn anything from your photos - neither directly nor indirectly. We do not show you annoying ads and do not sell your data.
At the same time, we invest a lot of time, work, and love every day in operation, further development, and support. With Premium, you help keep Photoclub independent, ad-free, and vibrant.

Booster for more attention
Every day, many new photos, topics, and posts appear on the homepage. With boosters, you can specifically boost photos, ideas, forum topics, etc. right to the front of the homepage and give them additional attention. This way, your best photos are seen more often and don’t get lost among other posts. Ideal for special shots, older photos, or important topics.
Your own portfolio
Showcase your best photos on your own portfolio page – calm, clear, and distraction-free. You decide which images are displayed and in what order they appear. This creates a professional presentation of your photography that you can share anytime with a personal link.
Premium photos on the homepage
Premium members support the Photoclub and receive additional visibility in return. Selected premium photos are featured on the homepage and thus seen by significantly more members.
Photos of the Day
With public and private favorites, you can influence which photos are selected as photos of the day. Good images thus receive additional attention and reach more people within the community.
Unlimited photo storage
Your photography is constantly evolving. With unlimited photo storage, you'll never have to worry about which pictures to delete again. Display old favorite photos and new shots simultaneously – without space issues.
Profile Galleries
With profile galleries, you can organize your photos by trips, projects, themes, or genres. Visitors can find the images that interest them more quickly, and your photography appears much clearer and more professionally presented.
More competition photos
With multiple competition photos, you can submit different image ideas and motifs. This increases your chances of being discovered, rated, and awarded by other members.
More competitive votes
Additional votes give you more influence on the results of the photo contests. Support multiple photographers or distribute your votes specifically to your favorites.
Public Favorites
Public favorites are much more than a like. They visibly show which photos you find particularly successful and help highlight strong images within the community.
Secret Favorites
With secret favorites, you can rate photos without being publicly visible. Your rating is fully included in rankings and photos of the day but remains anonymous.
Access to 16+ and 18+ areas
Certain photos are published in protected areas due to their content. As a Premium member, you gain access to these areas and can view all photos displayed there.
Premium badge and experience points
The premium badge shows other members that you actively support the Photoclub. Additionally, you earn experience points that increase your rank and accelerate your progress within the club.
Premium Support
Premium members receive priority support and more detailed assistance with questions or issues. This way, you get help faster when you need it.
More photos per day
With higher upload limits, you can publish multiple photos in one day. This is especially convenient for photo tours, series, or projects where several images are meant to be shown together.
