    Glacier Ice Cave
After a long time, back in the Swiss Alps. Visiting the ice grotto or ice cave in the canton of Graubünden. Currently, it’s no longer entirely safe, as temperatures rise daily and the ice melts during the day, causing large ice collapses repeatedly. The ice blocks visible in the middle are up to 2 meters or more in size. When such a block breaks off, even the best helmet won’t help much. It’s hard to believe the rush that the first photos caused on social media and TV. Fathers and mothers go up with small children and animals as if it were just a normal walk. They freely enter the glacier with friends and acquaintances to take a selfie, unaware of what might happen. Although the route has been closed by the municipality in the meantime, no one seems to care. What is wrong with our world? In high alpine terrain, you don’t go for a walk in sneakers.
