The lighthouse stands on the west coast of Jutland. The tower is only 26m high, but since it stands at the highest point on the cliff coast of Bovbjerg, the height of the beacon is 62m above sea level.

Der Leuchtturm steht an der Westküste Jütlands. Der Turm ist nur 26m hoch, da er aber an der höchsten Stelle an der Steilküste Bovbjergs steht, beträgt die Höhe des Leuchtfeuers 62m über dem Meeresspiegel
