Hello Ulrike, Over the decades that I've been into photography, my main focus has shifted quite a bit. Landscapes, flowers, trees and everything in between, animals, wildlife stalking, portraits, weddings, and much more. I don’t care about what's trendy at the moment—I only photograph what and how I like. Through my wife, I got into horses, and through me, she got into photography. I really enjoy photographing women of all ages, from portraits to nudes. During the warmer months, I visit special natural locations and sometimes travel a bit further for shoots. In winter, I work in the studio. I also have my own battery-powered flash system.

Landschaft, Blumen, Bäume und Allen, Tiere, Fotopirsch, Portrait, Hochzeiten und vieles mehr. Dabei ist mir egal was gerade Mode ist. Ich fotografiere nur was und wie es mir gefällt. Durch meine Frau kam ich zu den Pferden, und meine Frau durch mich zur Fotografie. Frauen, egal wie alt, fotografiere ich sehr gern von Portrait bis Akt. In der warmen Jahreszeit besuche ich dazu besondere Natur und fahr dazu auch mal weiter. Im Winter geh ich ins Studio. Hab auch eine eigene Akku-Blitzanlage. It doesn’t exactly make you popular, but it’s definitely more interesting...

PS: Having worked as a commercial photographer, I’ve had enough of the so-called perfectionism that comes with it.Natürlich war in den letzten Monaten unser Familienzuwachs "Anna" mein Hauptmotiv. Ich habe aber überlegt, wo ich sonst noch so die Optik hin halte, und was mir da auffällt; Motive die sonst keiner beachtet, in einer Sichtweise, die nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist. Man wird damit nicht sonderlich beliebt, aber es ist interessanter...
PS Wenn man mal als Auftragsfotograf für die Werbung gearbeitet hat, hat man vom (vermeintlichen) Perfektionismus einfach die Nase voll.
