Hello Ulrike, Over the decades that I've been into photography, my main focus has shifted quite a bit. Landscapes, flowers, trees and everything in between, animals, wildlife stalking, portraits, weddings, and much more. I don’t care about what's trendy at the moment—I only photograph what and how I like. Through my wife, I got into horses, and through me, she got into photography. I really enjoy photographing women of all ages, from portraits to nudes. During the warmer months, I visit special natural locations and sometimes travel a bit further for shoots. In winter, I work in the studio. I also have my own battery-powered flash system.
You can find about 500 of my photos here: https://www.fotocommunity.de/user_photos/1488482 Best regards, Gert

Of course, in recent months, my main inspiration has been our new family member, Anna. But I’ve also thought about where else I point my lens, and what stands out to me—subjects that usually go unnoticed, seen from a perspective that might not be everyone’s cup of tea. It doesn’t exactly make you popular, but it’s definitely more interesting...

PS: Having worked as a commercial photographer, I’ve had enough of the so-called perfectionism that comes with it.

Hey there! My motto is "Portraits of People and Vehicles," which you can check out on my Instagram account @haltelinie. In my personal photography, I also explore other subjects that catch my graphic interest. And when I go on photo tours, I focus specifically on landscape photography.
