Do you want to be treated by a Russian nurse?! If so, head straight to the venerable healing centers at Grabowsee in northern Berlin. There, patients have a huge ballroom with a piano. But beware: everything is initially cordoned off here...!! It’s not a harmless hobby: "Urbexers" explore forgotten places, roaming through abandoned buildings that have been left to decay for years. The term "Urbexer" stands for "Urban Exploration" – meaning the discovery and photographic documentation of so-called lost places, a pastime that has become popular in recent years. This requires not only camera equipment but also a special sense of intuition and a good dose of courage. Because first, the locations must be found, which are usually in the provinces and have been forgotten. Secondly, the tours through the collapsing buildings prove to be dangerous.

Willst Du Dich von einer russischen Krankenschwester behandeln lassen?! Wenn ja, nichts wie ab zu den altehrwürdigen Heilstätten am Grabowsee im Norden Berlins. Dort gibt’s für die Patienten einen riesigen Tanzsaal mit Klavier. Aber Achtung: Hier ist zunächst alles abgesperrt …. !! Es ist kein ungefährliches Hobby: „Urbexer“ suchen vergessene Orte auf, durchstreifen seit Jahren leerstehende Gebäude, die dem Verfall preis gegeben sind. Der Begriff „Urbexer“ steht für „Urban Exploration“ - gemeint ist das Entdecken und fotografische Dokumentieren sogenannter Lost Places, eine in den vergangenen Jahren in Mode gekommene Freizeitbeschäftigung. Dazu bedarf es nicht nur einer Kameraausrüstung, sondern eines ganz besonderen Spürsinns und einer gehörigen Portion Mut. Denn zunächst müssen die Objekte ausfindig gemacht werden, die meist in der Provinz liegen und in Vergessenheit geraten sind. Zum anderen erweisen sich die Rundgänge durch die in sich zusammenfallenden Gebäude als gefährlich. D
