A question about support. Does anyone know who else I can contact regarding tickets? I still have 3 open tickets since February '25, but unfortunately, there has been no response at all. They’ve been sitting in the "queue" for months. I even reached out to Toni Stark personally to see if he could help, but I haven’t received any reply from him either. Does anyone have any ideas on how to report and resolve these technical issues?
